Full Journal pdf1994-05-06 House Journal Page 4081 HB 222 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4059) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 222(FIN) "An Act relating to landlords and tenants and to the applicability of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, to termination of tenancies and recovery of rental premises, to tenant responsibilities, and to the civil remedies of forcible entry and detainer and nuisance abatement; and amending Rule 62(a) of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 24(a) of the Alaska District Court Rules of Civil Procedure." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 222(FIN) am S(ct rule fld S) "An Act relating to landlords and tenants and to the applicability of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, to termination of tenancies and recovery of rental premises, to tenant responsibilities, and to the civil remedies of forcible entry and detainer and nuisance abatement." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 222(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 222(FIN) am S(ct rule fld S), and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 222(FIN)?"
